Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand all policies before purchasing. Questions or concerns must be sent to king-dierre@godschilddierre.com prior to ordering. Failure to contact us before placing an order means the issue will not be addressed afterward. Emails regarding preorder timelines will be answered once; repeated inquiries will result in an automatic refund and cancellation.
Shipping
All shipping times shown on product pages are estimates and may fluctuate. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will not exceed 10 business days. We aim to ship promptly so the products we love making reach the customers who love them.
Pre-order Items (Shipping & Processes)
Before placing a preorder, customers must check the terms box acknowledging they have read and accepted the shipping timelines and conditions. Details on shipping times are clearly stated on our policies page and in the order confirmation email. By purchasing, you agree to wait the stated duration for delivery. Updates on preorder items are posted every Monday on our homepage and periodically on Instagram @godschilddierre. Customers sending more than one follow-up email during production will have their order refunded and will no longer be eligible for that item.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, returns are limited. Exchanges may be offered when stock is available. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Contact us before sending any items back.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds for preorder items are not accepted once the terms box is checked and payment is completed. For non-preorder items, refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery and items must be in original packaging and unworn condition.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your order, provide support, and operate our store. We do not sell or rent your information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to fulfill your purchase or when required by law.
